TERMS AND BOOKING FORM

Please telephone +44 [0] 1380 870764 to check whether Coachmans Cottage is available for the dates you require, and make a provisional reservation which will be held for 5 days only, so please send your completed booking form and deposit of 1/3rd total holiday charge as soon as possible.

A deposit is required if the booking is made more than 6 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. [Non payment of the balance by the due date will be construed as cancellation of the holiday and the proprietor reserves the right to let elsewhere].

Full payment is required if the booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. A reservation deposit is non refundable unless an alternative letting is arranged. Any charges incurred will be deducted from a refund.

All payments to be made by cheque or IBAN in sterling.
We reserve the right to alter prices on holidays unbooked.

Visitors to Coachmans Cottage are asked to observe the following:

The letting period is normally Friday to Friday.
Guests are asked to arrive after 4pm and agree to vacate no later than 10am.
All damages and breakages are the visitors responsibility and the proprietor must be recompensed in full.
You undertake that only the agreed number of persons will occupy the property, whose details you have described on the booking form.
The proprietor reserves the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed.
One well behaved dog, strictly by prior arrangement with the proprietor, at an additional charge of £20 per week, or part week. The dog must not be left in the cottage unattended at any time and must not be allowed on any furniture.
No children under the age of 14yrs.
The Cottage is Non smoking.
Rental charge includes electric, oil, bed linen and towels, one each bath and hand towel per guest.
No Stag or Hen parties.
