Please telephone +44 [0] 1380 870764 to check whether Coachmans Cottage is available for the dates you require, and make a provisional reservation which will be held for 5 days only, so please send your completed booking form and deposit of 1/3rd total holiday charge as soon as possible.

A deposit is required if the booking is made more than 6 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. Non payment of the balance by the due date will be construed as cancellation of the holiday and the proprietor reserves the right to let elsewhere. We suggest you consider taking out cancellation insurance. TPS Travel Insurance

Full payment is required if the booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. A reservation deposit is non refundable unless an alternative letting is arranged. Any charges incurred will be deducted from a refund.

Full payment required for all short breaks at the time of booking.

All payments to be made in sterling. Cheque, IBAN, and all major credit/debit cards accepted.

We reserve the right to alter prices on holidays unbooked...........

Visitors to Coachmans Cottage are asked to observe the following:

* The letting period is normally Friday to Friday.
* Guests are asked to arrive after 4.00pm, and agree to vacate no later than 10.00am.
* All damages and breakages are the visitors responsibility, and the proprietor must be recompensed in full.
* You undertake that only the agreed number of persons will occupy the property, whose details you have described on the booking form.
* The proprietor reserves the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed.
* No children under the age of 14yrs. Regret no pets.
* The cottage is non smoking.
* Rental charge includes electric, internet access, oil, cotton bed linen and towels, one each bath and hand towel per guest, bathrobes, luxury toiletries, welcome pack.
* No stag or hen parties.
